On July 13th, the virtual music unit YSS began selling their 6th album, “M-LOG.” It is available for purchase on the BOOTH platform and is also available on various music streaming sites.
YSS is a music duo consisting of composer yopi and vocalist Sorte. Based in Hokkaido, they primarily operate on the social VR platform VRChat. They have performed at major events such as “Sanrio Virtual Festival 2026” and have built a track record in both the real and virtual worlds, including providing official music for Pico Technology Japan.
The new album is conceived as a record of the journey that the unit and its fans, known as CREW, have taken together. It includes songs that incorporate diverse genres such as hyperpop and electronic music, and was created not to look back on the past, but as a record of the journey that will continue into the future.
There are three sales formats. In addition to a free “Trial Version” containing MP3 audio files, there is a 100 yen “Boost Version” which includes new YSS badge data. The 3,000 yen “Sales Version” includes high-resolution 24-bit WAV audio files and cover art. Furthermore, the sales version includes a bonus track exclusive to the sales version: “SYume-Kawa-Drill (2026 Rage Remix)”. The included badge data can be placed on avatars and worlds in virtual spaces such as VRChat.
