AoharuNEXT Inc. has announced “FocusRay,” a face tracking device for VRSNS. Pre-sales are scheduled to begin on Kickstarter in mid-March.
“FocusRay” is a face tracking device equipped with a camera and an infrared illumination module. It has a built-in global shutter camera that can capture images at up to 120 fps, allowing the user’s facial expressions to be reflected on an avatar in a virtual space.
