The Boat Race Promotion Association has announced that it will reopen its boat race VR experience facility located inside Tokyo Tower under a new name, “BOATRACE VR ARENA in TOKYO TOWER,” starting May 7, 2026 (Thursday).

One ride is free on the same day with presentation of a Tokyo Tower observation deck ticket stub. Children under 7 years old will experience it in “Kids Mode” without using a VR headset, and children under 13 years old require parental consent.
