765 Production idol Miki Hoshii’s solo showcase, “THE FUTURE SPOTLIGHT,” will be performed at “Central Anime 2026” in Chicago, USA. The event is scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026, with the show starting at 7:30 PM (local time).
Anime Central (ACen) is the largest anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture festival in Chicago and the American Midwest. It will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosmont, Illinois, over three days from Friday, May 15th to Sunday, May 17th.
This event will feature a joint appearance by 765PRO ALLSTARS and THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS. This will be 765PRO ALLSTARS’ first performance in North America. For CINDERELLA GIRLS, it will be their first North American performance in approximately eight years since Anime Expo “Anisong World Matsuri” in 2018.
On Friday, May 15th, the main stage will feature a solo showcase by Miki Hoshii, as well as a live performance and talk show by selected cast members from both series. The performers are as follows:
From 765PRO ALLSTARS, Imai Asami (as Kisaragi Chihaya), Hasegawa Akiko (as Hoshii Miki), and Hara Yumi (as Shijou Takane) will be appearing. From THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS, Fukuhara Ayaka (as Shibuya Rin), Ohashi Ayaka (as Shimamura Uzuki), and Tsuda Minami (as Kohinata Miho) will be appearing, for a total of six people.
In July 2020, Hoshii Miki held a live broadcast on the live video streaming service “SHOWROOM.” More than 35,000 people were waiting before the broadcast even started, and the total number of viewers reached approximately 100,000.
Chihaya Kisaragi, a fellow member of 765 Production, will hold a solo concert, “OathONE,” at the Nippon Budokan in January 2026. The XR effects utilizing Sony’s robot system “groovots” have attracted attention, and we also published a report from the event on this site.
Please check the Anime Central official website for event details and how to participate. Performer information and the program are subject to change without notice.
