On May 16th, a special event, “hololive production Special Day with Albirex Niigata FC (S),” will be held at Jurong East Stadium in Singapore. Organized by DOU Creations Pte Ltd, this event is an official side event celebrating the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Singapore, which will be celebrated in 2026.
This event will be held in conjunction with the Albirex Niigata Singapore vs. Lion City Sailors match in the Singapore Premier League. In addition to Sakura Miko and Omaru Polka from Hololive, Kobo Kanaeru from Hololive Indonesia and Mori Calliope from Hololive English are scheduled to participate in this event.
On the day of the event, an original music video will be screened on the stadium’s large screen. There will also be pre-recorded special messages from the participating talents and a Q&A session where they will answer questions.
There will be a multilingual cheering challenge and a halftime performance to liven up the game. The match will be streamed live worldwide on Mori Calliope’s official YouTube channel, and can be viewed from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM Japan time.
Collaboration merchandise commemorating the event will also be available for purchase. Fan uniforms and acrylic stands featuring the celebrities will be offered. Replica uniforms with the same design as those worn by the players will also be included in the lineup. Domestic pre-orders will be accepted online from February 16th to March 1st, and products will be shipped domestically.
The organizer, DOU Creations Pte Ltd, is a Singapore-based company that supports Japanese companies in their overseas expansion and marketing efforts. Under the theme of S360, the company promotes activities that embody multilingualism and international exchange. Through this collaboration, they aim to create a unique entertainment space where real stadiums and digital virtual culture intersect.
