On March 9, 2026, Hololive Production announced that Koganei Nico, a member of the hololive DEV_IS unit “FLOW GLOW,” would be taking a break from activities.
While she had been adjusting her activities for some time, it has been reported that a doctor has diagnosed her with adjustment disorder. After consulting with her, it has been decided that it would be best for her to take a break from activities in order to recover. Management will do their utmost to support her so that she can focus on her recovery. It has not been announced when she will return to activities.
For more details, please check out the video on Koganei Nico’s YouTube channel. According to the video, she regrets not noticing the illness of her beloved pet cat, who passed away last year, because she was too busy at the time. She believes this is the reason she reached her mental limits. She commented that she now wants to take time to reflect and get her mind in order.
Officially, we are asking people to refrain from contacting the person in question or other members of the group.
Kokinhimeko debuted as an artist under Hololive’s “FLOW GLOW” label. She is known as a versatile VTuber who can perform everything from professional singing performances to comical behavior in variety shows.
